  • Summer homes Real Estate is Turkish real estate agency. It was founded in 2002 in Antalya. Big city, with intarnetional airport, planty placec of interest, really popular touristic centre.

  • The climmate on realt estate market was changing and there was made a decision to move main office to Alanya. The reasone was that the small cıty became extremly popular among Norway citizens. People from northern country liked the region for its longest season, hot summer and mild winters.

  • As well hiring and renting of apartments and villas was one of sides of company's work. The more this business was growing the more obvious became profitability of investments into real estate market of Alanya. The company started partnership with one of Norway real estate agencies. Summer Home made deals for selling two semidetached villas in order to give them for rent in future.

  • The first contracts and well-thought-out after sales service gaved Summer home a good chance to get fine reputation. And to go on with getting international partnership. Thought the standarts were hight we got over difficulties, with the help of our experience and creativity , we were able to understand foreign people. And we began to concentrate on European market demands.

  • In March second and third office were opened in one of oldest cities of the world and "second capitall" of Turkey Istanbul, and in Bodrum. It was a beginning of multi-office structure developing.

  • At 2008 year a few projects of countryside property were finalized in Side. That became a point of high interest of Summer Home . The distance between the city with the main office and resort was small. The agency spreads on Side country side property as well.

  • News about crises in Russia didn't come to Turkey too fast. And it was a good luck. Summer Home was one of very few agencies , which were taking part in exhibition of foreign property in St Petersburg. And got success by starting sellings for russian customers.

  • Working with Flemish speaking countries costumers and Russian costumers appeared to be too different. More over Alanya coast became also popular with Finnish buyers. The high managers faced with necessoty of native tangs speaking personal. For convenience of our costumers we hired agents speaking: English, German, Douche, Slovak, Swedish, Russian, Polish, Finnish languages.

And Summer homes spread work on Kazakhstan customers as well . With the help of advertisement in popular print editions as "real estate Expert" of Kazakhstan, "International Residence" of Kazakhstan, "Property and vacations" etc.
